what's it attached with?

If it's the normal tape (which I think yours is as it's factory) get an old credit card and just work it through from one side to the other. In effect, you're ripping through the foam tape and you won't damage anything as the card is plastic and won't scratch the paint.

This is how the body shop removed mine, took about 2 minutes to do. You'll be left with a lot of residue, just use some Autoglym Intensive Tar Remover, you'll be cool

Yeah its tape. Do i need to heat it first though? Hot water?

my bodyshop didn't heat anything up they just took the credit card to the spoiler as was. Like I said, as it's only foam tape, it'll just tear apart with only residue remaining

best solution is to get 3m adhesive remover and spray/leave it for a while. then get a dental floss and pry it of gently. to get the remainder of the glue, u can also try a hair drier.

Lee I used hot water froma kettle and kept pouring over the spoiler, this loosened the glue.
Carefull with the credit card as it can leave scrape marks on the bodywork if your not careful.
You will also need a glue remover to get the residue off..as per Fas.

Nylon fishing line after the hot water job is good. No marks.
