My car has just came out from drive and shine and I may say looks awsome, Its had all the swirl marks and buff marks removed and all the paint work is refreshed.
I havn't cleaned it yet as I would like some advice on how to do it properly as I've been told to be careful with sponges, wash suds and shammys etc.
Just wondering how everyone cleans theirs from start to finish..? What do you use..?
Any advice would be much appriciated. :)

first off congrats about getting bryan to do your car he does awesome work.
no you need to throw all your washing gear away and go out and buy some proper gear, lambs wool wash mitt, so good shampoo, i like gold class, and you need drying towels rather than shammy's. you need to be washing the car with the 2 bucket method. if you don't all that money can look wasted pretty quick. i'm sure there is a really good 2 bucket method video on Utube
I'm surprised Bryan didn't explain to you the best wash method.
Anyway, as Paul has said really. Oh a foam lance is a good investment too. The whole idea is to have as little contact with the bodywork now. And the contact you do have should be done ina way to reduce the amount of possible grit/dirt from being transferred back to the car when washing or drying.

Yeah its a pucker job he has done ;) I'm just awaiting him to email through the pictures and some intructions on how to clean her etc: Yeah he did explain it all to me but to be honest with all the stuff I've got going on at the moment I've forgot half of it lol In the mean time I was just wondering how other people do it. Where do you get the wash mits, drying towls etc: from? Just so I know I'm buying the right stuff as I should imagine like all products nowa days you get the good quality ones and not so good quality ones..
