Door wont open...

Hi Guys, Hoping you can shed a bit of light on this one....

My drivers door wont open from the inside or outside, its constantly locked. I can hear the mechanism working when i try to unlock with the fob.
The door pin moves slightly when i try from inside, but from the outside the pin doesn't move at all.

Has anyone had the same prob? Any ideas? Or mechanics/magicians around staffordshire that can help this weekend?

Sounds like the rod between the door and the catch is bent or disconnected,the door needs to be opened so that the trim panel can be removed anyway,just not sure how you can do it tbh
