Hi There
Can anyone tell me if adding an aftermarket induction ram air filter and swapping the exhausts will invalidate an extended BMW warranty?
Many Thanks

Usually a CAI won't affect warranty, but that depends on the dealer to a certain extent. Likewise, replacing the exhaust would only invalidate the warranty on the original, which you won't be worried about anyway. If you have a regular dealer, just call them up, ask for the Service Dept and get them to check with the senior techy. Normally they don't have an issue with it unless they're a particularly fussy dealer in which case you just try the next one. ;)
