A new guy moved into a flat on my block and had a party at the weekend and they flicked cigarette ends out of the window and one landed on my boot. This has now discoloured the paint and make a slight Orangey mark on the boot.
What I'm asking is, what is the best way to remove this? will a valet service remove it or will it require a paint job?
Thanks in Advance...

That sucks ass. Have you tried some T Cut, G3 or other abrasive on it?
It depends how bad/deep the burn is. Any pics??
Hopefully you can avoid a panel respray.

Attached a pic of the damage. The mark was a bit darker but I have managed to remove a bit of the stain away but its still showing...

Some sort of compound should take most of it out mate. A semi fine 3M abrasive or try as above.
