if its the black one (cant really tell 2 well by the pics) not to sure how well it would go with my red beemer. Have to see them in person i suppose to get a good idea. Unless anyone got any pics of them on a red beemer :D.

i got heavy deal on them because my dad supplied him with tyres so he gave us cheap alloys for £420 for 18inch set of 4 :D Brand new boxed with nuts. Cant get anymore though since my dads had some problems with the guy business wise so has stopped dealing with him :(. Ill ask my dad when he gets home if he knows anyone else who does any.

I think ill just buy those indicators of rossi. £40 including the bulbs is no biggie. They gotta look better than the normal clears i got!. Anyways im about to phone teddy now about CCFL's!

i bought the projectos btw guys :D Simon came over installed em mid way through my CCFL install. Which is only half done because it was to dark and the neighbours light wouldnt light up the other side properly so came to decision tomorrow morning ill finish it!

A bit dissapointed with silver indicator bulbs :( There a bit dim for my liking :(. I suppose got to sacrifice something eh ;)?

I think projector indicators work best on black bms... ;)

yes the silver bulbs are a bit dim but you only have 2 choice - brighter ones with 3 triangular cuts (orange is visible from some angles) or slightly dimmer ones with full chrome coating (orange not visible at all). With silvervision you still get the orange hint though.

yea thats what i thought about the black bm thing. I bought them anyways off him though because if i dont like them i give them to my cousin. He drives a black one. Ill see them better tomorrow morning tho! Thanks simon for hooking me up :D. Might have to check out the chrome ones if all falls through.

yeah man I'll pass some triangular ones to you you can try them with simon and see if they are any better. If you happy keep them if not gave them back to me. I used to sell them but they don't look right so I stopped. They are brighter though for sure.

Afif
23-11-2004, 11:10 PM
yea im up for trying them. The silver bulbs are ok with the normal clears (we tested em) but with the projector black thing the light level drops right down!.

Ive got the philips ones and Teddy's kinda right.
From some angles and i guess on the angle of the sun light you do get a hint of orange.. still better than all up orange.
