Hi guys,
I know it's been a while but I have had a lot of family problems, but hopefully I am back for good now.
I Just some advise really I bought the angel eyes for my car from Teddy yesterday and am just waiting for them to came [cool
What I wanted to know is is there anything I should look out for before, during or after I have installed the lights? I mean anything anyone can suggest to make the work easier or may be someone ran into a problem that they can share so others dont make the same mistake?

The angle eyes are going on my 2003 330Ci sport facelift cab. I know the head lights are a sealed unit and that the best method is to use a hair dryer. Can anyone think of anything else?

Thanks
Zabir

P.S.here are a couple of recent pics taken 2 days ago after I machine polished her. I know she is still a modding virgin at the moment other than the eye brows but I have high hopes :D

Welcome mate. Nice vert.

Dont worry about the installation, its quite easy. Hairdryer will do fine as the sealant only needs softening slightly before you can separate them.

Thanks guys,
Teddy is da MAN, the angel eyes were sitting on my desk this morning when I arrived. Posty must have delivered them as I was typing my first post LOL.

I recommend drilling a small hole on top of the plastic headlamp surround to allow the wires from the inner CCFL to pass through without being pinched down hard on between the surround and the headlamp housing. If not, the wires may snap in the long run due to friction.

Thanks peppernick, I asked Teddy for the fitting instructions before I bought the lights and he has put it in the about the hole. My only worry is condensation, will get condensation build up in my head lights?

The light units are not completely sealed, they are vented. So you dont need to wory about condesation.

I see from your sig you have also installed the lights on your car. Looking good. Just waiting for teddy to send me my black grills now.

Yeah the black grills make such a big difference to the look of the front. Any more plans?

I was thinking of replacing the body kit but not too sure, other wise I want to stick some 19" Hamman RSR's on. Maybe work on the ICE too, although I have the Pro sat/nav with Harman K in so I dont have too many options there.
And maybe if teddy can sort out some M5 elec folding mirrors that would work on our car.

I would also love to get black pipping put on the seats. Cant find anyone local to me that does them.
