hi guys,
lowered my car finally with eibach sportline.
when i took my car to the garage to change the springs.
they've found both of my rear springs were broken!!!!!
at the lower part ( not in the middle) of both springs were actually broke in to 2 pieces.
luckily i've change it before it does any damage to my car.
will take some pictures once the springs has settled in.
i have also bought some projector front corners from ebay, but they bloody sent me the saloon one instead
still waiting for their reply so i can send them back to change it.

Sport shocks are shorter so when you lower the car with just springs, the shocks won't bottom out, risk of punching a hole through your chassis. Coupe and saloon shocks are different I'm afraid.

as promised, here's some pictures before and after.
I like the front but i don't think it's low enough at the rear as you can see from the last picture close up, it's actually slightly higher then the before picture i reckon.

Bro give her time to settle... but she's looking pretty fine to me, good to see the wing on to..

Afif i personally would love 19" but i just dont think my baby could handle it, stick with the 18" if i was you and lower it.

you should ask Nick to post some pictures with 19's not lowered to see what it looks like to give you an idea.
Nick is the photo library for evotechnik. ;)

How long does it need to settle?
i really liked the look of the wing even before i bought it, :) but after a few people on another forum told me not to put it on becos it doesn't look nice, i held on and thought for awhile and didn't put it on until now ( about 2 months now ).
but did not regret it, i know some of you may not agree.
but i like it and it's rare and different from others.

yea but you have the sport suspension with it though. ;)
Nick, i've ordered those led indicator bulbs you told me about, i'll probably put those at the front and the silver bulb at the rears.
can't wait to put them on to see how good they look. :D

Dude, sport suspension means the shocks are slightly shorter. It will not alter the way a car drops if you have Sportline springs on it anyway.

Nice to hear about that, so i'll wait for it to settle and hope it'll look lower at the rear.

i was reading a topic on E46. IT talked about what you were saying about the 200 degrees faranheit resistor. Apprently you can hook them up without the resistor but you get alot more flikering. Anyways tell me how it goes!
