View Full Version : what do you think about my newest mod - smoked crystal light - sedan facelift

Hi ;)

just browsed on Ebay and find what I always wanted. A brand new set of smoked crystal tail lamp for my facelifted sedan. I just bought it so it takes time to get it and install it. I just wanted to ask your opinion about. Would it look good on my car? :confused: or do you like better the original? :confused: oh and knows anybody something about smoked corners for facelifted sedan? I don't wanted to use black spray to colour the original corners and lights on the car because in the course of time they get dull.

My car is steel gray :D

Well, since you've bought it anyway.
i don't know until it's on the car, it's hard to tell just by looking at it on it's own.

No problem Buddy ;) hm I think the tail light what you have found is too dark. A STAR WARS look. I wouldn't put it on the car. Go for the smoked version, like I did :D :D

Some pics once installed please.

Could look good at the back, particularly on dark coloured motors.

rossi. you have the ebay link for those smoked rears? I SO badly want to do this mod but want a flawless finish hence I don't want to DIY. Do they do the boot mounted lights too?

at least if i don't like it i can chuck it away.

I actually like the look of your originals but i think that you will be able to get away with the smoked..cant wait to see them on the car.
Have you thought about projects over smoked up front...

PS. the 320D is looking phat youre doing a great job there mate.
