Got bored again early friday evening so washed the car and took it for a quick spin..with the camera again. This time its all filmed in daylight..same stretch of road. Different mentalist music..

Again...definately no racing involved or any dangerous driving.

or speeding (as fas as i can remember  )

Hmmm, I'm all for 'enthusastic' driving in the right places but i think i would have waited a little longer and gone out of the 20mph zone before i put my foot down...

That said it's not a bad stretch of road, there's loads like that down my way as well albeit with probably even less cars on them but you do come across the odd tractor!.....

I'm waiting to get burned down in flames now.....

No need for flamesuit mate. :D

Foot was planted only just in the 20mph zone..mainly because i forgot that it was 20mph. [bang Its only just changed over. I basically waited until i had cleared the last speed bump, and was well away from the school b4 i went for it.

Phew!, Cheers cos it's hot enough today already LOL :D

Stunning car there, i love the colour.... Now the next Q is, would you still be able to drive down there like that once it's been lowered LOL? It looks a bit bumpy in places...

Nice vid, think i'm gonna have to go play with my camera later. Had a go the other day with some off the clock blasts down the motorway only to realise when i got in that the camera had moved and recorded 5 mins of grey dashboard

The road is bumpy as hell..but has some decent straights and some really challanging bends. Its where i learnt to drive fast years ago..so always go back there whenever i get a new car...to learn its handling [cool

Nice video there, mate.

Is that how the car sounds as standard? If not, what exhaust system/engine mods are you running? Sounds very nice indeed :)

Nice Vid. Like Nick says, just add a GruppeM and you've got yer soundtrack! Don't worry about Nick's Limp Bizkit comment though. If we all listened to him we'd all be playing Madonna :D

Just out of interest, how and where did you mount the camera?

Im still not convinced about getting an induction kit/exhaust for the car..just doesnt feel right to be doing it to a beemer. Ive done it on my other cars..but the beemer seems sacred at the moment lol..
I mounted the camera on the dashboard. I used a Sony T7-DSC digital camera (the really thin digi camera). Mounted it to its dociking stand..and then bluetacked the top of the camera to the windscreen and the bottom of the stand to the dashboard. Basically wedging it inbetween the screen and the dash with bluetac.

Will try and use Madonna next time [writesmil

mark we gotta get 1 of these made!!!

I will be starting my effort at approximately 11pm on Friday night when I head 125 miles to see my folks. Goodbye £60 of fuel, yeeeehhhahhh......

I will of course be observing the speed limit, not sticking to it, just observing it......
