I've had my car for a year now done 28000 KM thats about I would think 16,000 Miles , my question is : How long after you buy a car do you need to balance your tires ? and how often?
And I 'm member now :D

only balance your tyres if you need to. How do you know if you need to? Does your steering wheel shake at speed? Does the car feel different? No? You're fine.

actually it does , seems I will need to go to tire shop tomorrow.
thanks Fas tires over here need good maintenance as its to damn hot and they are the only thing contacting you to the road , as I know you might not use it in the UK , but going to ask anyway somebody might now , How good is filling Nitrogen in your tires ? last time I went to the tire shop he said that it cools down the tire , not sure how true hence the question.

nitrogen pretty much rocks ......
Tyres filled with Nitrogen will maintain their correct pressure for longer, because Nitrogen is not hydroscopic so doesn't leak through the tyre's structure. Normal compressed air contains Oxygen and water vapour, both of which permeate through the tyre casing, leading to pressure drop .
In theory you benefit from :
Better road holding
Longer tread life,
Reduced fuel consumption
No corrosion to the inside of the wheel

Costs are about £1.50 - £2.00 per tyre .
A lot of good tyre places noe offer this , eg MERIT TYRES
You can find nearest centre on http://www.merityre.co.uk/find_a_centre.htm

My obvious question would be what happens if you need to top up the tyre pressure after finding them a bit low, but presumably they don't drop their pressure?

you can still refill with normal air , but this then introduces moisture back into the equation .
I very rarely ever had to top up N filled tyres , even over a period of 3 months or more
