Updates on this product - all finished and samples will be sent to me this week. First batch available for E46 6 cyl models. Available to order in shadow titanium or brushed aluminium, with or without logo. Logo is machine cut for perfection (same as genuine item), much better fininsh than laser cut/engraved. Me will be the first one to have it fitted:

BRO BRO BRO BRO BRO
This is the strut bar fitted to a 2.0 Valvetronic engine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Which means finally, there is a strut bar for 4-pots! Unless they've just placed it in the engine bay for a quick photo.
But I guarantee you, that's a 4-pot engine!

That is specifically for the Valvetronic 4, the strut necks are much more vertical on both sides to raise the brace so it clears the taler 4-pot engines.

forgot to thanks Fas for last night as it was freezing cold :o
the bit on top of the baseplate - we just swapped them...I think when we took it apart last night we might have accidentally swapped them...I also got a pair fo washers to raise the centre bit few mm higher so it can get better clearance above the main engine. [ok

I'm sure Nick would agree, compared to his original ACS one, there really is only one tiny cosmetic difference (and that's putting them side by side). It's a top quality job and looks really sweet fitted.
And yes, the car is Teddy's, I think he's trying to keep it different from Nick's by turning it a cheap shade of brown. :p :D

Yep, well impressed with the strut, for that price it's unbeatable. The minute difference can be sorted with some fine sand paper and a lot of patience ;) ....but really there's no point.

not sure whether it'd fit a D model but according to ACS catalogue the part number is the same...there is no harm trying :D but yours is a 4 pot D but we can still give it a go.
Mits will order one for ya, Fas's already ordered his. I have a feeling that it will also fit normal E46 4 pot. We shall try when my next batch comes in.
Anyone else wants one?

Just checked the ACS catalogue for myself and this racing brace will only fit 4 cylinders D's up to 8/01
I bet its that plastic cowling over the engine which screws it up

Happy birthday!! You little bugger you kept that quiet! Must be getting old like me and trying to keep a lid on them.. ;) Gimme another couple weeks to get to the end of the month and I'll be ready for one bro. Well I went for it early as I was over the Tedster's pad today. DAYYYYMN what a sweet piece of kit. It looks good anyway, with the smallest ever 2% difference in living history ;), but it feels so much tighter when driving now. No more little kicks on the odd pothole or grating, much more settled when pushing it round a fast bend, noticeable and yet doesn't compromise the drive at all. Once again a piece of kit that looks good and works good.
Worth every penny bro, totally chuffed with it. Now I just gotta work out if I can drive with the bonnet half up so that people can see my latest mod..
