Anyone knows a well-known and reputable company to do a chip tuning in e46 320d please?

I'd recommend dms.

I also know a good place in Watford area, Red Dot Racing.

Give them a bell. Good prices, although I'm not sure how extensively they can offer live mapping (Its fine for my scene but I never asked about germans.. )

I would recommend e-maps out of those 2 mentioned. DMS is very proven, but I don't think they can warrant the extra cash they charge.
