I am sure most people on the forum will recommend Liquid Leather (Gliptone) otherwise original BMW stuff is pretty good also.

I've used loads of leather cleaners in the last few months but Meguiars range have been the best for me.

No, I don't have this problem and my car is a year older than yours, I known its relative to how much use, but does seem that you don't have "a" typical wear rate does it. Suggest you post picture, and go back to the dealer.

I've had my bolster repaired by Tappers in Birmingham for £80 and the leather is an exact match.

Pete ..again I've used the autoglym upholstery stuff, very good, spray it on, make a cuppa, dab off with a sponge, keep doing that till it's clean..

For upholstery marks I normally use vanish, albeit diluted a little with warm water or fairy liquid, again diluted.
On the plastics etc I use Autoglym interior cleaner in bottle form. Lovely smell and protects interior from UV rays too. Not too shiny either.
