Went to one of my secret bases, delivered some carbon fibre parts for this white baby. Building from scratch, all new shells and panels from BMW dealer, vented bonnet (cut with plasma cutter), CSL bootlid, roll cage, air adjustable suspension, 6f/4r AP Racing, group N carbon air box, alcantara/carbon dash/control panel, carbon flooring, racing flywheel, heated front screen, etc etc list is endless dayyum I can't wait to see the finished car! The finished car will have SSDD design front splitter with a new carbon fibre lip.

lol we are going to make about 10 lips just in case...haha I'll have one on my car when it's ready, just needs some final cutting/reshaping. On the race car it'll be made adjustable to create the necessary downforce on different tracks.

Racing spacers are also added to the front and rear, you can see the lightened nuts they weight less than 5g each The new flywheel weights less than half of the original M3 flywheel.

if everything goes to plan the car should be done within 6 weeks. I'll go back often to check on the progress :)

I am also getting some big BMW M Power Decals (as seen on the carbon fibre air box) if anyone is interested...

Motorsport :) That'll be one stiff car. Teddy, they could run some massive ram air to the carbon airbox.

Reminds me when I used to drool at Gordon Spooner Engineering and see Cosworth rally cars being built [cool

yeah this was my first getting so close to a proper race car and watch it being built from scratch, discussed the details with the technician and realeased how much work is needed when building a proper race car. I think I got a lot to catch up.... ;)
