London Motorshow 2008 pics

Went today, Westfield were there hooning around a car park (you can always hear tyres screaming for mercy when they are at an event :D )

Lots of nice things to see, but no BMW except a 1 series vert on the AC Schnitzer stand:

Yea the Westfield thing is cool. They offered us a chance to rip them round yesterday morning but can you believe i was so hungry i turned it down for breakfast :eek: lol. Hopefully catch them another day tho!

You must have missed the two E92 verts on the exotic cars display next to the kit car stand?, but yea bmw pulled out. No VW either. Lambo also pulled out but one of the car club companies put a niiiiiice white murci up in the ultimate collection (cant believe tickets for that room are £100-£225 for the public :eek:)

The luego guys have a really nice 'gulf' sprayed kit car. I was chatting to the guy and he used to work for maclaren F1 team. The interior was impressive. Alot less 'raw' than i see on most kit cars. Then again i havent seen alot so maybe im just easily impressed heh :D.

I never posted the pics up from the motorshow so I thought I'd do so now. I convinced a rep that I was interested in buying an Aston, so got into the VIP area. Once in we were like schoolkids. Sitting in all the cars. My gf looked quite good behind the wheel of the Aston Vantage :D It suits her, we will have to get one.

hehe. I was in and out of there all the time since one of my friends is working for Invicta. Going to test drive one of those 600bhp supercharged bad boys out real soon.

Its fun when you are inside the VIP section since you can feel like a million eyes just burning through ya with envy. LOVE IT :D

Great Pics. The square tail lights was that Citroen concept? I tried to get a reasonable pic of it but couldn't. People kept getting in the way and then the other half was shouting at me haha :p

His name is Mahesh, real good lad. We going to head to the factory soon which is cool. Happy he introduced me to the chairman.

The square lights were from the Renault Coupe Concept.
