Went in to hospital on Tuesday for a minor op (hence, why I couldn't be at South Mimms, gutted). This has ultimately meant that my pride and joy has been parked up in the garage for nearly a week now, and I haven't seen her since :( . I hope she is isn't feeling too neglected. I did give her a full wash and wax before tucking her in :D .

So, what's the longest you have gone without seeing your whip?

A week away whilst on holiday in Spain, plus had the misfortune of driving a meagane saloon TDi :( missed her especially as I saw a nice yellow E46 M3 & a few E46's of different variations...

Cheers

Jeez, 6 months, 7.5 months, my oh my, I don't feel so bad now. However, at least you were in different countries. My baby is about 10 feet away and I CAN'T SEE HER :( :( :( lol.

Will have to take her out of the garage tomorrow anyway, as my wifes motor goes back in the garage then.

I was in Johannesburg starting up an office for the company I was working for at the time. I was in a district called Magalisig. Went down to Cape Town for a few weekends, also did Sun City and Mpumalanga when we were there. best country on earth. Would move back in a heartbeat

one and half weeks for me lads....earlier this month when i was having a new bumper put on. Was given a 1ltr corsa as courtesy.... call that courtesy [hmm

When I got mine back, felt like a whole new car..... thought there was something wrong with the clutch coz the basic corsa was such a pile of shite.

Anyway, thats my little bit.

You do know that July is the middle of the Africa winter right? Make sure you take warm clothing for the evenings as the chill in South Africa gets into your bones. The days are fine, but it may be a little greyer than normal with some rain as it's on the Cape.

However, the best thing will be table mountain. There'll be a better chance of the mountain wearing the "table cloth". Cloud rolling off the top of the mountain. It will blow you away.

Harsha, with the amount of time you spend out of the country, you want to consider one of those classic car air bubble type things I have seen (no dust with one of those babies) ;)
