E36 M3 Convertible opinions

Hi all, been toying with the idea of buyin one of these lately. Would jus like peoples opinions/knowledge on them compared to the coupe etc. A real nice '97 estoril blue one is for sale near me with 19" A.C Schnitzers and lowered with lightly tinted windows. 90k miles for £7250

That's decent money for a ragtop, especially if it's as clean as it looks in that pic. The e36 roof isn't as quiet/effective as the e46, but it's still a good roof and was one of the best you could get for it's era. Just check for the usuals and other than that see what your heart tells you. :)

Go for it.Just brought a e36 3.0 M3 with 2,2000k two months ago.with full options and fbmwsh 1 owner pay 9k. love it so much :) handel not as good as coupe bit noisey on motorway a hardtop can make a big different.but who care is a vert. here is some pic
