black roof on silver car.

hi all
my cousin wants to respray the roof of his e46 325i sport in black. I know a few people done it on here, cant remember who, but just wanted to know what kind of black to use? his going for the panoramic-roof look. matt black? jet black?

Cars looks fanatstic with a black roof. I would paint it black only if you had a drak interior as it will give the car a steath look, Even better if you have tinted windows.

Do it golss black you get the proper glass shine then

Any gloss black should be OK, don't go for a satin or mat as they both give a dull finish, not sure what a metallic black would look like, not as good as gloss I suspect.
