Good guesses guys - all im sayin is that the correct answer is listed above - !!
Unfortunatly, due to an recent very very minor accident - it wont be fitted just yet. To cut a long story short - the 3rd party (lorry driver for esso in his lorry) hit me from behind on the rear quarter - minimal damage - but get this - hes not admitin liability! Its just gonna take a bit of time, paper pushing and so forth! Another headache!

But when this arrived today - i sooo just wanna get it fitted!!

Humm - interesting. Do you reckon they do that cos they have got a chance of winning or non-pursuit of a case from some drivers? Even when they are in the wrong?

Im defo pursuing my - wasnt my fault and aint loosing no no cliams - thus repairs to my car put on hold until they accept liabilibity!!

Even if you have 10 witness's , they may even admit it on the spot but when they get back to the bus depot they'll deny it in their report.

I've never had a run in with any PSV,HGV drivers touch wood but everyone I know who has have had to wait a long time to get it resolved so just be patient if your claim goes on....and ....on ...and on.

Hope you get your claim sorted, they would have to have a pretty water tight story for it to be your fault when the damage is on the back of your car.
