Where to get a rubber stubby aerial

Am trying to find a stubby aerial for e46 convertible, I want one with a rubber finish but can't seem to find one. Had a quick look on ebay and on bimmian but they all seem to be metal. I know Styler has one but he bought it from a guy in the US.
Does anyone know where I can get one from?

The prob is the really have to be metal to make them give a good reception

Which aerial do you have pete?
I just don't really like the stiffness of a metal aerial, it's a really minor issue lol but these little things get to me.
