View Full Version : Installed - EBC disc and pad upgrade on pops E39 M Sport

Thanks again Teddy for the super service! :D The EBC discs and pads arrived a while back, but my dad got them installed when he had the E39 serviced last week, so i rolled it put the garage for a quick few pics as the weather was nice.

Got the turbo grooved discs and red stuff pads, in the pictures the pads look silver as the mechanic that installed them decided to put the silver oxide stuff on the front to lol! Braking performance has improved :) with a lot less brake dust too :)

yep the colour is metallic mora red.

My dad gets the tyres from a local place down the road, they cost a bomb but are indeed very good tyre. They stopped making them a while back, but put them back into production i think.

Has Bridgestone ? :eek: ....... The S02s are as sticky as road tyres come.

The local tyre dude was saying people were complaining to bridgestone that they couldn't buy any S02 anymore and the replacement was crap, so they started making them again. My Dad had a new rear tyre put on only a few months back :)
