english motherfucker, DO YOU SPEAK IT :D
right, this is what you need to do. you might not need to change fluid. did you take out the little rectangular plastic covers behind the fog lights? this helps the brakes cool down A LOT. i did 2 or 3 laps round bedford, and my brakes faded. i pulled at the pits, took the covers off, and did 45 mins of non stop hardcore driving. the brakes never faded once. only the tyres :D
i did have good brake fluid in ther also, which might of helped, but not as much as the air cooling the brakes down.

2 laps where?
M3 Cabs are heavy beasts - and BMW brakes are notoriously feeble if you are exploiting your car.
Did you have no peddle feel?
What pads are you now using?

well i did have breaks, but i used to race bikes and now Go karts so i'm used the the signs of break fade so when i got it on the my cab i left off,
i'm using Apex pads which helped alot but i'm thinking that the disc's are getting so hot it's boiling the fluid.

Because it does naff all - actually not quite correct - it will give mildly improved brake feel - that is it. Overrated IMHO.
Anyway, your answers didn't help much - so:
1) Apex pads - do you know what they are designed for? Road? Fast Road? Track?
2) Standard discs?
3) When did you last change your brake fluid? And with what?
4) 2 laps of the Ring or of Brands Indy?? Makes a big difference!!!

or 2 laps of croydon ? :D :p
you have to do what i said mate, and take the plastic covers off, to allow air to the brakes.

1) Pads sound like they are up for the job
2) They are not exactly the ideal choice, but if you don't want BBK then stick with them
3) If you have ragged the car a lot - and done a ring trip or 2 - then this should be changed - I think I have DOT4 in the Alpina - and it works superbly. A fluid change is a DIY job - or an hour at an Independent - like Maybanks or BMSport
4) 2 laps back to back at the Ring will kill M3 brakes. With the Z4 - by the time I got to Planzgarten my brakes were gone and I was relying on blind faith. Swapped to BBK and the car managed 6 laps back to back just coming in to pick up a new passenger each time.
