After failing to find a simple 7-segment display for oil temp/pressure/boost, I decided to go with this:

and this

These 2 gauges will be fitted on the nokia car kit leather base as seen here (with the phone holder removed, the leather base makes it a perfect place to stick 2 gauges and flushes nicely with the rest of the dash). I might convert the leather enclosure to a carbon fiber one, what do you think?

Now the last part.. Where do I get the readings for oil temp/pressure?

I was thinking to get a modified oil filter cap that has access holes for sensors like this one here (http://www.ca-automotive.co.uk/products-Y2FyX21ha2U9Ym13JmNhcl90eXBlPWU0NiZjYXRfaWQ9NzkmY2 9tcF9pZD0xMDI=.html)

Thoughts?

Nice looking gauges !!

Not sure where at the base of the phone holder you are intending to place your gauge holder.

Here`s how mine looked before.

The oil and temperature gauge consisted of a square block replacing the oem oil pressure plug near the oil filter housing. It was difficult to fit with the TS taking up so much space! CA`s version looks easier to fit but what sort of sensors would you need for that? What does Roy say?

CF cover......

Good luck
