Hey everyone !!
Well, after looking at the several projects CA has on their website and searching for info here on EvoT, I came to the conclusion that the main mods that I should do to compliment my supercharged 330ci are:
- Rogue Pulleys
- Meth Injection
- Clutch (yeah.. still rolling with the stock one!)
- Custom Software
Now, my questions are, first of all, is this list correct ? or are there other must-do mods to a SK I 330ci ?
Also, I´ve read that meth injection has very little effect on the performance of the car, thus, its not worth doing, is this true ?
Finally, does de-catting (stock piping with aftermarket muffler) the car benefit the power of the car enough to justify it ?
Thanks !

I'd seriously think about suspension and brakes to handle such power

Ha ! True Steve, I forgot about brakes but thats certainly in my list.
Regarding suspension I already have Eibach Pro-Street Coilovers mounted, it drives very very well, I can´t stress how much I recommend this setup.

I have got the Eibach coilovers,an oem strut brace and BBK front and rear.I was advised not to bother with bigger injectors or even a remap as the Infinitas kit is designed to run on the original mapping. At the end of the day it really depends how much money you want to spend,I have found that the way mine runs now is plenty good enough, with the suspension and brake set up thats worth a few extra ponies anyway

So its safe to run the kit as is without any risks of overstressing the engine ? I´m not looking for extra ponies, just extra reliability, if needed.
Did the OEM strut brace make much of a difference ? are you still running stock 330ci sways ?

Mines the 530,so essentially the same engine.Like you reliability was top of the agenda,so it puts additional stress on everything if you drive it flat out all day everyday. However I dont drive it like that, its very capable and I do have spirited drives in it,but because of the auto box it has to be treated with a bit of respect. If I redlined it everywhere I went the box would be the first weak point.I can go on shopping type runs or round the Ring in it,its equally happy to do either, and that is exactly what I wanted. The strut brace makes a huge difference, but if you want further improvements try changing the anti roll bars as well, ask Amuro as he has just done his.My advice therefore is start with the supercharger,BBK,strut brace, anti roll bars and see how it feels. My supercharger has been on for about a year now and I haven't felt the need to look for anything else from it.I wouldn't sacrifice reliability for a few extra horses in the short term

Just to confirm, does your car also generate a lot of heat due to the supercharger ? my temp gauge is always on the correct reading, but if you park the car and open the hood, you can really feel the heat.
I´ll be proceeding to get the BBK as soon as I get my wheels and bodykit then ! Thank you ;)
