E46 auto shift lever option

I am sick of the standard gear level, and was wondering what the option are on changing it to something else, perhaps more akin to the look of the M3 SMG one or something else?

Anyone have any pics or links?

Alternatively, you can change the unit for an SMG gear lever and dome with surround, however, due to the limitation of the SMG dome, you won't be able to put it in Park, so just need to leave it in neutral and handbrake.

Or the SMG3 gear lever. With this you can shift it into 'P'.
