Well, i pick my first BMW up tonight, E46 320ci, in topaz. Still to sell the cossy, but got this at a good price and i couldnt be doing with driving around in my shhitty clio 1.2 any longer!!

Dont think so, its got a rear spoiler LOL. Pics will be up soon off my phone. I know its got harmon kardon (sp) stereo, grey leather, 56k, FBMWSH, MV's, M tech s/w & gear knob. Got it for a very good price so couldnt resist!!

Congrats dude. Looks sweet. It isn't a sport model, but then neither was mine when it started its life.
@Sonny: Sport model is cosmetic stuff (I believe). Sport comes with different front/rear bumpers and sideskirts. Also comes with non chrome trim round the side windows. Not sure what else apart from the wheels which are the 18" MVs/MV2s.

How hard are rear LED clusters to fit? Like the BMW ones?/ :D :D

easy diy for the rear clusters, get a 10mm wrench and 3 screws on each side...oem ones are the best but u need to flash your ecu and also need a module thingy so it will be very expensive. best bet is to get a DEPO replica from Tedster as it has built in resistors and u won't get the warning lamp on your dash. as an added bonus, u might get something extra from Teddy too ;)

You can't beat OEM LEDs. They are soooo worth the extra cash. If you are gonna do it, then do it properly (I always say). I have been down the road of buying various replica items for my motors but in the end always end up changing them for OE.

Well, what can i say, i picked it up on wednesday night, and i looovvveeee it! Its so smooth, really nice and easy to drive, 6 cylinder engine is quiet yet has a nicegrowl to it. Ive not stopped driving it yet, and im getting about 28mpg, loads better than the 12mpg i was getting in cossy!! LOL

First mods will be done after holiday next week, i gotta get rid of the orange bulbs!! :eek: :eek: I think some CCFL's first, and then perhaps concentrate on a nice ICE system. [ok

good to hear it all going smoothly as it should :D. You have to get CCFL's [jam. I was stopped again last night by some random people who just had to know how much and whether they fit their car. Obviously the answer was 'bare money and beemers only ;)'

not that hard plus so many people have done it now lots of advice. No warning light on the first one if you leave your sidelight in the engine bay [ok, or you could get the first gen and get the wiring loom from roy (CA) and get rid of it all together. I personally still think first gen is the best even if you dont do the tape mod. Although everyone see's stuff a little different so go with whatever you like better :D. I found my metal tape yesterday. Probably going to do the tape mod today if i find some time [ok.

yea kev thats what ive got. First gen and my sidelights in tact hanging in the engine bay. No warning lights :cool:.
