Well, i've been banging on about getting one since Flex let me have a go in his :D . It was a bit over budget but i fell in love with it! [:I]

I finally picked it up today and im about as happy as an alcoholic at a beer festival! [jam [banana [banana [jam

Its a 1997 528i SE with a few extra goodies!

Cheers Guys, i'm really chuffed with it.

Yes sport bumpers and facelift lights would be nice, although i have sort of promised my other half that i will not mod this one and pay to keep the full BMW service history up instead...

...have to see if i can do both....just don't tell her! :o

Still can't get used to all that power (dont get me wrong, an M5 it aint) but it feels like it compared to my humble 4 pot. Even my mate with a Scooby reckoned it was faster than his, which is crazy considering the size/weight penalty.

Got go away on business until the weekend though! I've got a bloody Mondeo hire car! :mad:
