Retro Xenons (again I know)!!!!

I have fitted my xenons retro and all is well aside from if I don't turn the lights on before the ignition, I get the failure of lights on the display. Also if I am driving and need to turn lights on, if I click the quickly its ok otherwise get the warning signal agan. Does it needs flashing? If so can someone else do it other than the stealers? I live in Gt Manchester

Not 100% sure, but could be that it just needs a reflash. The LCM will be coded for non xenons so that would be the first to get done and see if it rectifies the problem.

you should have bought a kit that won't turn on the warning lights, they are a wee bit more exspensive but you wouldn't have the problem you have now

what exactly did you buy? OEM xenons or aftermarket HID? OEM xenons will require a ECU flash, whilst HID's warning lights can be bypassed via resistors

OEM but retrofit. Thanks for advice. Can anyone else do reflash aside from stealers???
