I know i should be happy with e46 std m3 but i feel it could do with a bit more oomph and zoom. what do you suggest? I have a budget of about £1000 to 1500.

I looked at possibly getting grup m induction and ecu map? Is that enough to start with?

i've been told that the induction kit just adds growl not power by a few ppl..so i
just replaced the original filter. £40ish.. then u still have loads ££ left...

induction kit, ecu remap, exhaust, go-faster stripes...I'm sure that's still within your budget:) http://www.rjmarx.com/Cars2.html

HI

An intake will invariably give a bit morepower if set up correctly , but not loads .

Here is what I would suggest for the money

- Exhaust ( I may well have an active autowerke one for sale cheap soon , say £600 ) , if not then Eisenmann at about £820

- Intake similar to peppernicks or ssdd versions £250

- embedded remap to DME £670

total £1750

i have personally seen up to + 35 bhp with all the above mods , on john noble dyno ........

best of luck
