E46 328Ci front pads?

After taking my car to good old Justin for a service and some rubber, looks like I need some new front pads. The current ones are totally glazed over / have lead deposits on them and are very shiny. i.e. the car's brakes feel pants. soggy ones at that.

So, how much damage for a new set of pads, half decent ones but not too expensive as I'm in the process of deciding if I should sell the car. Either way it needs pads! What can you hook me up with?

if you decide to sell the car i can get you a cheap set but if you are going to keep it then look at buying some decent ones

I'd be interested to know what you think is the best as well - my 530 needs new pads and I want some with no more noise than OEM but hopefully less dust..
