Welcome to the forum ;)
E46 suspension is very straight forward. Any garage should be able to do it for you.
You'll find instructions for most DIY on here (http://www.bimmerdiy.com/e46) .....show it to your garage and they can follow the instructions.

Sorry dont have the address mate, try google or Yell.com.
Theres loads of srpings to chose from. Main two prob Eibach or H&R. Try SSDD motorsport or CA section on this site for a good deal. :)

I went for Boge springs which are progressively wound just like the Eibachs, except you pay an extra £50 for the Eibachs which I couldn't justify.
I have been riding on the Boge's now for nearly 5 months and I haven't got a bad thing to say about them. I used to have Eibachs on my old E36 and there is no difference in quality of ride or performance in my opinion. The Major advantage is that the Boges Drop lower at the front than the Eibachs. You can get these from GSF.

Singh - is it not the opposite way around - Boges drop lower at the rear than Eibach?

Lee - you could well be right about the rear too but the front drops slightly lower on the front as i compared My Boge set-up with a 330ci Sport on Eibachs.

Boge actually manufacture the standard M-tec Shocks on the 330 Sport aswell as many other BMW Models. So yeah as Nick says - quality assured
