I have read with great interest the article about Steve Morgan's M3 Evo in last months PBMW. I have been considering the addition of a carbon airbox for a while now but am concerned about reliability issues with the removal of the air flow meter. I know to get the most out of the airbox you are better off running maf-less. Can you comment on the reliability of Steve's car now since all the mods have had time to bed in..
Would it be a viable addition to a car that is used daily?
Also on your site you give a price for the airbox that includes ECU software upgrade. I thought the car would have to be live mapped if going maf-less, and to get the most out of the airbox??
Could you please give me a price for a carbon airbox, 76mm tip race level Eisenmann backbox and fitting for the both. The car is the same E36 M3 Evo. I might possibly be looking for suspension and braking upgrades from you down the line also.
Thanks in advance,
Barry
