Nothing is impossible, just need to remove the dash and punch out the location for the screen. Problem is though, the wiring loom is completely different for cars with and without Navi. That also looks as if it's just a screen, no brain / TV tuner etc. Unless it's included in the auction and I can't read German. It's not impossible, just a REALLY big pain in the butt.

If you're going for an in car computer, it'll be cheaper to build your own and get an aftermarket LCD screen. I picked up a 7" widescreen for £65, the touchscreen version was only a little more. I was speaking to Durgesh about this a long time ago, we reckon we can get this all hooked up for around £500.
