I've mailed Ebay asking for them to check this out, may save you some dosh, but then it's likely the seller will just the cost to the wheels or postage.

Beemer, there are other places you can go for wheels of that particular style and will offer more piece of mind.
OK it might cost more but at least you'll sleep easier waiting for the delivery.

I'm not sure what you drive, but try these sites out, both do the M6 style wheel, it's just if they have the right size combo your after:
