View Full Version : Tyre Sizes
Just curios to see what people are riding on.
Well i i got 18 inch 8.0 alloys front and back. 225/35/18 on the front and 255/35/18 on the back.
Anyone recomend any better tyre sizes for them? (tyres is one thing i can get without any worries :D). My dad reckons i shud put 255 on the front aswell but i just assumed its better to have smaller ones on the front.

225/40/18 on the front, 255/35/18 on the rear.
You can get 235 on the front, but probably not anymore than that.

so if i was to get 235/40/18 on the front it would be better then my 225/35/18's?. Whats the reason you got 40's instead of 35's on the front?

My tyre sizes are the OEM BMW Spec, on a 330ci Sport.

PS you will find that almost all Rear wheel drive sports cars, have wider rears, so keep it like that.
