Cheap but good Spray Shop

I have 3 panels (GRP - Bonnet, Boot Lid and Spoiler) that need spraying. Current quote is £400 OR I do it myself with my dad (the more hassle option).

Any suggestions in the London area - can travel out to dump the car somewhere if required.

Goodness, i have 3 small scratches on my passenger door, my first quote was £1100!!!!!!

I know that is stupid, and i would never take it to a BMW dealer anyway.

My car is black and they said it would need the entire side doing.

Any other suggestions in London?

I have paid £400 for the front wings bonnet and both bumpers.very happy with results.

then added the csl boot spoiler--after about 6 weeks paintwork become ruff(filler) so return it back and they resprayed it again for free.

Some idiot keyed my rear quarter in a car park. £100 same garage.

Its no secret,didn't realise so mant people from all over the country wanted a London spray shop.Anyway some of you may remember Paul & Sue from one of the "Ring" trips in 2006.Paul runs his own bodyshop and is highly recommended,he has done work for me and a few others on the forum.He has produced some amazing restoration work as well as custom body modifications and spray work, oh and in between he also carries out run of the mill repairs.Details as follows:
