Bit of a random problem.

Anyone know what could be causing a hesitation from 3/4k revs onwards?.

I just had a breather hose replaced which sorted out alot of things that triggered off the EML, but now I seem to get a weird cut in power. If i floor it when at around 3/4k revs in say second gear rather than the usual increase in revs straight away the pedal goes down, theres no power for a second (revs dont go up) then it kicks in and the revs rise much slower than usual.

Other than that cars running fine with nothing setting of the EML (done a good 40/50 miles since getting the hose replaced and resetting the light).

Anyone got any idea what it could be?
