Hey folks, does anybody know when the new M3 convertible is due? Im not partcularly happy with the 318ci. Its a lovely car to drive, however there is no ooomph! So im thinking about giving my car back in the next few moths and getting an M3. However, im thinking if i was to buy one, it'd depreciate pretty quick because of the new shape. So im thining of holding fire for a year or so and get the newer one. Any ideas on when its due?

On another note, i saw the new special edition M3 coupe today at my local. It was in the individual purpley/blue, has the alcantara steering wheel and the csl wheels. HOT!

is the vert later on the m3 as well?

wounder. it may have to be the E46. I have absolutely fallen in love with the carbon black M3 with the CINNAMON leather. Oh my god, what a combination!

Not sure about ordering new now seeing as this model is coming to the end of its life cycle...hope he got a good discount ;)

I always try to buy new in the first 1/2 years of a new models life and then keep it until the next one comes out...although i've had two e46's now...so I must be talking crap! :D

A5GUR, don't buy new, not at this stage of the E46 life. Plenty of very good nearly new cars out there with almost £10k off the list price. Shop around.

Or you can buy THIS (http://sankeys.demon.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=1730) you get the looks and the speed ;)

nah, it has to be a carbon black convertible with imola red leather and an SMG box, there is none that BMW have that are less than 6months old. the rest of the stuff he doesnt really care about. But i twisted his arm to go for the full spec!

Its the M3 CS that my dealer has. Looks sick! No price on there though.

Nick, its not for me. its for my Bro. Its only an M3 he wants and it has to be black with red interior and smg. If it was me, id love to buy Durgesh's car, especially with the rims on there.

Har5ha, is it a dealer car or private.

btw 10/10 for effort Nick, how much is Durgesh paying ya? :D

Yep, Harsha has got a good lead to a pristine CB vert with Imola leather. Full option with SMG ;)

Don't worry about the kit and wheels, you can always add them later on. Get the car with the right spec and price. Have a look at Matt's vert with CSL rims :cool:

Nick is doing it for the love it for the love of Durgesh's future car.

The car I am talking about is 03 plate..carbon with smg 19s vert...literally exactly what he is looking for..the person selling a car owns a garage..has been well looked after..full bmw service history.

If that's the one I think it is (the one that was parked right next to mine on the Mad Modding Weekend when I picked mine up ;) ), then I can back those comments up, it's immaculate to the extent that mine was fresh out of the showroom and there was no difference between them. and the owner's a nice guy aswell.

Of course, this is where Harsha says 'no, it's not that one you idiot' lol :D

Shame, you'll easily pay 5k more for a year-old example and it couldn't possibly be in better condition or have more toys, sort your bruv out Kam!
