Hi Guys

Some of you may have noticed that I've been quiet recently. This is due to some new developments i'm working on with the business (not a specific product) and its been keeping me very busy.

Hopefully in a few weeks i'll be able to say more about it.

So, i'm still here :D

On another note i'm looking for an X5 for the family (not the new shape)- any tips?

Big engined 4X4 are not worth much, so if you're buying nearly new, get the smaller engined ones or a turbo diesel. If you're in for a bargain and intend to keep it and run it to the ground, a V8 model is plenty of car for what you pay if you can justify the running costs.

We have the V8 4.4 as a family car but dont use it for long journeys alot but mainly for local driving i.e schools runs etc. Peppernick is right though if you are gonne use it as a daily runner and long journeys then buy the 3.0 diesel version as it will benefit you more in the long run. If its power you're after then 4.4 or the excellent 4.6 is the one to go for. They are indeed very thirsty when pushed so be warned!

P.S will be posting the the pics of the mods soon Bilal so thanks for all your help.:)
