Can anyone recomend some good brake pad's for a 330ci sport.... Preferably ones which don't give out so much brake dust!
I recentely put some zimmerman cross drilled disc's on, but kept my orignal brake pad's. Now they've started to squeek when I brake! Also, I think the original bmw ones give off too much brake dust. I have to clean my alloys like every other day!
Cheers

I had Pagid Fast Road pads on my old E36 328is and they were pretty good. You are right about the stock poads letting off too much dust!

Yep Pagid fast is good.
Stay away from the green stuff/red stuff, they have a verocious appetite for steel!
I'd say deffo steer clear of EBC as they will eat htrough your discs at quite a quick rate. They do reduce the amount of brake dust due to them being of a high kevlar content but they can squeek too. I now always use Pagid Fast roaders which actually have a gel kind of backing to stop brake squeel.

Are they not the same for the 330 and 330d?

Not sure [hmm
I'd have thought that they'd just write 330 if they were the same though....

330i pads are the same as the 330d pads. You can get Pagid from www.cooksferry.com Think they are £25-30 a pair.
I'm using Axxis Ultimate (mildest form) on my StopTech. Still squeel but not as much as the Ferodo on my APs. Need to warm them up though. First 10 mins of driving there's very little feel. After that, they are very good.

if i recall i think g and s also sell the pagid pads the reason you rpads may be squuezing dude is that you probbaly didn't put any copper grease on theback of the pads (or did you)?

Yeah I didn't actually put any copper grease on!
I was thinking they're squeeking because I put my old half worn pad's on new disks....
Could be either, but I'm also getting pissed off having to clean the front wheels all the time due to the dust that the OEM ones create
