Looking good mate! :D

We've just started dealing with an up and coming tuning company called Vemiri quite recently www.vemiri.com and are fitting their products to some of our customers cars including RR Sports amongst other things, the attention to detail is great and at good prices because they don't have the same name behind them as yet that overfinch etc have which works to peoples favour as it keeps things affordable. My two fave products are the wheels and grilles. The rims are three piece with stainless steel lips for to stop corrosion and they have the vemiri logo engraved in them, simple touch but looks really good and finishes things off. And the grilles/vents are amazing in the flesh. I'm never usually a fan of chrome but they're half chromed with colour coded rims so it's not too much and just looks class!

We deal with RRS's day in day out and so have experience of different mods because very few customers keep them standard and one thing I will DEFFO recommend to you is if/when you change the wheels. Do one of two things if you're contemplating 22's, either drive a car with them on first or don't scrimp on quality because most people decide 22's although they look the dogs, are a very harsh and compromising ride with bad handling/tramlining characeteristics especially on cheap heavy wheels that buckle very easily. One of my directors has recently swapped from 22's back to 20's for this reason.

Something else that's very popular is colour coding the door sills, handles, mirrors, C pillars, roof aerial and tailgate panel. The C pillars more than anything have a massive effect and make the car look soooooooo much better, I think land rover... *cough* ford *cough* ran out of paint at the factory before they reached them :D

Welcome to the club Mark. what one did you go for?

liking the RRS. I keep trying to convince my Dad to spend a bit on his S/C Voge SE, but he is not keen. Apart from Overfinch and J E Engineering, what other LR tuning companies are there?

cheers

Looks good mate, why didn't you just colour code the originals, or are the new ones different?

You should get the mirrors and door handles colour coded too, I colour coded everything on my RR, makes a huge difference.

Got a 51 plate 2.5 diesel Discovery Alex.It is what it is at the moment, but its there to serve a purpose which I have no doubt it will do admirably.
