E36 with E46 conversion

I was on another forum and found a E36 which is 'partly' modded with e46 parts. Whats your take on it? :)

looks like a gd job was done and the mods jus seem to blend in. the transition from e46 at the front to the e36 rear doesnt seem that bad thou i would like to see it in the flesh.

HOWEVER... i always thort wots the point of moddin an e36 into an e46. if you want the e46 then go buy one cos the cost of such a conversion would have allowed you to do so.. but thats my opinion on the matter.

thou looks to be gd work none the less but not something i would have gone and done with my money!

As others have said why if you want the E46 looks go and buy one. Respect on how well the conversion looks though would like to see it in the flesh.

Andy318is is doing the full proper E46 front end conversion, only way I reckon it looks decent. Its abit of a euro thing :) .....

couse its something completly diferent to e46.its e36 modded big time.He loves his car and want it to look cool.I think you saw the e46 convertible with 5 series front and rear lights.its interesting process and at the end you walk around and say wow -very strange or thatever you call it.its not like---
--hey look I got angel eyes fitted
--YEE,cool

Is this not what modding is all about? Its like saying to people who install m3 stuff to their 318/232.325 etc why not just get an M3? But we love what we do we with what we have and thats the point right?....mmm I'll leave at that me thinks.
