my front driver speaker isn't working properly (even before I did the HU install) now the OEM speaker costs 300 Saudi Riyals , 2 Alpine speakers cost 200 Riyals I think so what should I get , knowing that I'm planning to change the speakers later to some JL ZR in a couple of months

so what should I do should I chnage the 2 front speakers to alpine? how easy would it be to fit the Alpine in place of the standard speakers ? will they be better than OEM ?

I suppose it depends on which alpine model the speakers are.......but having said that - there isn't many speakers out there that WON'T be better than the standard BMW speakers!!

Bit of a shame though having to fit the alpines and then 2months later fitting the JL's......is there no way you can just get the JL's now?

No as I havn't got the money yet , and the price of 2 alpine speakers is less than the price of one BMW speaker

If it is a temporary replacement you are looking for I would just get a pair off ebay - you would save alot of money.

we've got an alpine dealer over here , getting one from ebay might cost a bit because of shipping charges thats if you ment to get a pair of alpine speakers

Ive just fitted an alpine kit and i had to trim a little bit off the speaker cover inside the door to make clearance room at the back for the magnet, very easy to do and they sound nice.
