Can the dealer programme these options

Car is going in for a service in a few weeks and was wondering if the following things can be programmed :

All windows programmed to one touch open and close
Roll windows down and fold roof down when unlock button depressed and held
Roll windows back up and fold roof back up when lock button depressed and held

my car can get the roof down with the remote , but BMW doesn't have an option to put it back up with the key , you can close it while its in the door....

Cant be done dude. After locking the car if you press the lock button within 30 seconds it turns the motion sensors off inside the car.

I should have said that by one touch i meant using the window buttons in the car, not the one on the key fob. At the moment i can pull the button up once for the driver side window and it will close but to close the passenger one i have to hold the button up till the window is closed.

Roll windows down and fold roof down when unlock button depressed and held - STANDARD ON FACELIFT MODELS, NOT SURE IF PRE-F/L CAN BE PROGRAMMED
Roll windows back up and fold roof back up when lock button depressed and held - NO
