How easy are teddy's rings to fit?

These are really easy to fit, I know that these are not Teddy’s but the removal is the same http://www.bimmian.com/elements/page.htm/instructions.ht/GRI/GRI46A.pdf

In fact Teddy’s are simpler to fit as the glue is already in the rings so you just push them on.
