M3 steering wheel different to the Msport wheel?

Quick question. :)

My car (03 330d Sport) has the M Sport Steering wheel. Is this steering wheel different to the one in the M3? Is the M3 wheel smaller/chunkier? It looks the same to me...

M3 ones have tri-coloured stitching. not sure about other differences tho

I've noticed a few threads on here about people replacing their M Sport steering wheel with an M3 one and I was wondering why if (apart from the stiching) they are the same?

yes they are exactly the same

Same just quality of leather slightly better and tri stitching

Everything is the same except for the tri-colour stitching.

As others have said Anees, they are exactly the same apart from the tri colour stitching. I replaced mine as I have an auto so went for the paddleshift retro fit. Deffo worth it....:D :cool:
