It's not going to be pleasant but you're facing very steep depreciation. A unique car like yours has a better chance in commanding more if the right buyer who wants your car comes along. However, you're looking at probably £32-34k.

ive been researching used M3 prices for god knows how long and dont think you should get less than 35k if you advertise it right. Prices seem to vary, prob due to location.
There is one on autotrader for 38k - 06 reg with 3400 miles, and one for 40k on an 04/05 plate with 3000 miles. there are several 05 plates with more miles than you have for 35k+.
I'd put it up for 37.5k and see how it goes. Maybe a bit tad less if you need a quick sale.
New or super low mileage cars deffo get hammered by depreciation.

Condition and spec is everything. The Individual,Platinum Leather might help but the Estoril Blue is quite a common colour now. People will pay slightly more for this but not as much as you paid new for this colour. It's a good time to sell especially with the new model coming out shortly. Then prices will dive.

Saw a similar spec and color M3 in Jeff white`s garage ...... 04 reg with 25000 miles ......for 25 000 quid

You`ve got a lovely car m8 and i wouldn`t sell it if i were you.....but i`m sure you have your reasons;)
