Yeah, I just seen that. The CD slot is just amazing. There's definitely places in the UK that'll do it, you would just get shafted on the price

Prestige Audio created a sliding tray housing the controls for the screen using the ashtray, separated the volume control from the in-dash unit and mounted it on the cigarette lighter on a 7-series. Absolutely top whack. But ££££

It varies greatly depending on who does the install. You will need to call them up and discuss your needs. Very difficult to give you a figure.
