well done mate - what model have you went for engine wise?
i was out in a 325Ci and compared to my 330 it is very very similar - i'm lookin for the diesel to be honest though - 335 would be the dream one but think i'm a while away from that yet!

cough - Fas food program - cough

I admit jealousy is creeping in amongst you guys now. I HAVE to wait for 3 years NCB to get a decent damned car in my own name :(
I was looking at crediting an e92 from new the other day. (Via a bank ofc..) Its within my limits. Then I looked at insurance and they wanted 5k+. Screw that royally. Gah!
Congrats again russ look forward to seeing it.

Congrats russ, as said before your E46 is awesom, cant wait to see how your 92 falls out.
Jealousy is creeping me too... all i need now is to rob a bank :(

Looks spot on Russ. Those rims are very nice. I would stick to them and sell the Type 3s....:p :D

Congrats Russ! She's a beauty.
The E92 accepts rear rims with offset up to 30mm. You Type 3s will need thicker spacers (~15mm) at the rear end to balance things up.

Went to test drive the car today as the recall has been sorted, bonus they said i can have it overnight and tomorrow.
First impressions are its gorgous and all the new features are top class, ie seat belt helpers, extended light package.
Bluetooth is absolutly top class the clarity is unreal very impressed.
Wheels are awesome for a bmw wheel ive fell in love with them (Raj ;) )
Ive decided it needs dropping the day i get it so Roy il be in touch
The car is very precise to drive and handling on the m sport suspension is really good better than expected. Performance wise its very pokey for a 320 and alot quicker than mine tbh although it needs loadsa revs to get it there.
heres a few more pics of the outside il take some of interior tomoz before it goes back.

Gorgeous car Russ. Those are the best looking BMW wheels ever.
H&R Sport springs give the best overall drop, drive a lot better too.
You'll also notice the improvement in ride quality when you ditch the run flats for conventional tyres.
Ive decided it needs dropping the day i get it
Day one of ownership modding is the way to go :D

Yup its already booked in at my mates garage ;)
Yea i thought H&R seem the way to go been surfing e90post for info.
Im thinking they need some spacers too though just to fill the arch?

10mm all round will be perfect.
Nice one. As Nick has said, H&R springs and 10m spacers all round will give it the right look. And at least you know the H&Rs have been tried and tested by the Dr Pepper himself...:D
Jealous :) Congrats on the car.
Gorgeous. Love the E92 Sport Coupes, reckon its what I'll get to replace the 530i when I graduate. Really looks good in silver.
Not sure I'd go for the 320i though - had an E90 320i for a month or two and the performance was merely acceptable - they've moved from 2.2 6 to a 2.0 4 in the E90/1/2 :(

performance is really good i was shocked even though its a 4pot it goes well 170hp
170bhp? That sounds more like it. The one I had was a 150bhp Saloon which would explain the difference :)

Looks clean and fresh Russ  , beginning to see more of them on the road now, the drop would just finish it off nicely...and those alloys look bigger in the flesh than in that pic, if you were going to change them it would have to be LM's :)
..might even get one myself ...
